Beautiful secluded location, lovely grounds, cool history, huge room, plenty of hot water. Limited cafe hours, bring snacks from town. No staff onsite, had the manor to ourselves. Need a car to stay here, parking not an issue.

The value for money at this historic mansion was excellent, with big rooms and a unique atmosphere. The location was amazing, with beautiful views and easy access to the cable car and village. The staff, especially Alla at reception, were professional, warm, and welcoming.
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with more variety.

I recently stayed at a charming historic hotel in a picturesque location. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The hotel also had a restaurant with delicious food, and the buildings were filled with interesting artwork and history.
The hotel could use some repairs to the roof and exterior.

We had an amazing time at this historic place! The room was spacious and the toilet was clean. The location was perfect, close to the main attractions in the region. We loved the peacefulness and quietness of the surroundings. The staff, especially Alla, was very kind and helpful in showing us around and suggesting places to visit. Milly's coffee next door was convenient for buying supplies. The nature surrounding the castle was breathtaking, with beautiful trails and old growth trees. The view from the terrace and the adjacent national park was exquisite. a really nice experience!
Felt like family, no complaints at all.

Perfect base for exploring the nature and walking trails. Loved the sauna and massage parlour - a fancy way to relax. The wooden furniture in my room made me feel like royalty. Excursions were a great way to kill time. Oh, and a gift shop, because who doesn't love souvenirs?
Just loved how difficult it was to get there and the lack of basic kitchen supplies. Such a joy planning my day without internet.

Gorgeous natural setting with beautiful old growth trees and medieval ruins. the view from the terrace and surrounding national park is exquisite. Lovely historic castle with original antique furniture in the cozy double room.
Inadequate heating in the building made it very cold. Housekeeping was loud and disturbing, with the housekeeper even screaming at another down the hall.

The staff, especially Alla at reception, were professional, warm, and welcoming. The terrace offered beautiful views, and I loved exploring the grounds with old growth trees and medieval ruins.
